Community Directory

Our community consists of 39 exceptional, single-family town-homes located steps from the restaurants and shops of downtown Bethesda, Maryland, the National Institutes of Health campus and the Medical Center Metro station. The Community is on the southeast corner of Jones Bridge Road and Wisconsin Avenue.

To join the Community Listserv, please contact the Management Company.

This information will be kept strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only used to contact you about vital Community issues that concern you.

  • Glenbrook Village requires that all trash containers be stored in your garage.

  • To order your blue box, request special pick-up for a large item or moving boxes or to find out the Holiday Schedule go to www.montgomerycountymd.gov.  This site is also useful for County information.

Parking

  • RESIDENT PARKING:

    • Each Resident has two parking spaces inside your garage.

    • Cars parked in driveways should not extend beyond the bib (pavers) as this obstructs access for emergency vehicles and makes access by neighbors in and out of their garages difficult.

    • Please be considerate of your neighbors in using our community parking.

  • VISITOR PARKING:

    • Parking spaces at the indented curbs on our Private Streets are for visitors and for short term/emergency homeowner usage.

    • Please report any non-visitor parking to the Property Manager.

  • SNOW EVENT PARKING:

    • During snow events, cars should be parked in garages or off the Community streets to allow for effective snow clearing. Parked cars restrict effective plowing.

  • Parking in FIRE LANES is strictly prohibited. Please report violations to the Property Manager promptly.

  • Parking Guidelines are available HERE.

Safety

  • We must be vigilant and report any suspicious activities to law enforcement authorities promptly.

  • Report any suspicious activities.

  • Please look out for your neighbors in our Community!

Pets

  • Pet waste transmits disease; water runoff carries it throughout the Community potentially affecting all of us as well as "down-stream" into Rock Creek.

  • Pets are permitted in the Common Areas when accompanied by a responsible person and must be carried or on a leash

  • The responsible person is required to clean up any and all solid waste deposited by the pet within that area   (HOA Covenant, Article VI, Section 6 B)

  • Montgomery County Code also requires that owners immediately remove and dispose of pet feces by a sanitary method (Section 5-203 (a) 2)
