  • Architectural Changes​​​

    • Any construction or change to the exterior of your Unit or lot requires an Architectural Change Application, fully completed and forwarded to the Property Manager for HOA Board approval.  Written approval from the Board is required before changes are made. 

    • These requirements are strictly enforced by the Glenbrook Village HOA for the retention and enhancement of our Community's aesthetics.

    • See IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, Exterior Alterations for guidelines and procedure. For Governance, see Article VI in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions in the Homeowners Documents.

    • To assist owners and help expedite updates, the Board has identified a number of Pre-Approved changes that do not require an Architectural Change Application as noted below. ​
