2023 Member Dues

​

• Member Dues support the Community's operating budget and Reserve Fund and are due on the first of each month.

• The amount of Member Dues is reviewed with the budget annually and any changes go into effect on the first day of January. 

• Payments should still be forwarded to the Property Management Company made payable to the Glenbrook Village HOA.

• Please contact the Property Management Company if you would like to set up automatic payments.
