Glenbrook Village was built by Porten & Co., and every home in the community was constructed using a variation of a small number of model designs. Each model has its own name and layout.

The booklet below contains the original architectural plans for each of those models, as they were drawn before the first homes were built. It is a useful reference if you are planning a renovation, curious whether a wall in your home was part of the original design, or simply want to know which model you live in.
